Anna is a physical therapist who is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love through integrated, whole-person care. Originally from Roberts, WI, she has practiced near La Crosse for several years and is excited to be settling back in the Hudson area with her husband, closer to family and friends. Anna uses Fascial Counterstrain techniques to address deeper areas of restriction and promote lasting improvement, and she has additional training in Pelvic Health to better support patients from a comprehensive perspective. She is deeply committed to partnering with each patient to create a realistic, personalized plan that gets to the root cause of pain, believing it is a privilege to walk alongside every individual on their journey toward better health.
